PO Box: Sorry, we don't deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes. Please use a street address at checkout.
Dispatch: Delays can happen from time to time. Some products need to be ordered in, and bulky or fragile items require extra care and packaging. Weather can also affect transport, so please allow a bit of extra time for delivery.
Delivery: Smaller orders ship via standard delivery. For bulky or heavy items (like baths, vanities, toilets and doors), please have someone home to sign for the delivery and give our driver a hand unloading. All bulky freight is unloaded to the main entrance of your building or house. If nobody's home when the driver arrives, a re-delivery fee applies.
Damage Claims: Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged or missing item claims can't be accepted after this window, so let us know straight away if anything's not right.
Packaging: Smaller items ship in secure packaging. Bulky items ship on a skid or pallet for local and interstate deliveries.
