Is my product in stock?
We have a large majority of items in stock however, in some cases, inventory levels is not always accurate. You may enquire about the availability of an item by contacting us via

How do I buy this product? 
You can visit our website at www.renolink.com.au
To add items to your order, go to the page of your selected item and click ADD TO CART.
If you would like to adjust the quantity, you can select the Qty: - or + until you find your required quantity, then click ADD TO CART.
Once you have finished selecting, you are ready to place your order. 
Proceed to the checkout by scrolling up to the trolley icon, this then shows a list of items you've added into your cart.
You may Checkout as Guest or Register for an account. You then need to follow the prompts filling in your Billing Information, Shipping Information, Shipping Method and Order Review. Once you are happy this information is correct, you may proceed to CONFIRM AND PROCESS.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your tax invoice.

Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver Australia wide! A freight calculator is available in our website!

How long does delivery take?
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from day of purchase
All goods to be delivered within 2-6 business days from dispatch. This will be totally dependent on your location. Please allow more time for NT, WA, TAS and regional/remote areas.
Please be advised that assistance will be required while unloading large/heavy items.

Can I collect my item from a store?
Absolutely! Please wait for your order to process before collecting from a store. We will contact you when your item is ready for collection.

How do I pay? 
We accept Cash, Bank Deposits, Credit Card (Master/Visa) and PayPal.

Am I able to cancel an order?
Yes, you may cancel an order without charge prior to payment and dispatch. To cancel your order please email, sales@renolink.com.au

Is this brand new? 
Yes, everything we list is brand new!

Do your products come with warranties?
Yes. Our warranties cover UP TO 10 years on selected items. If you are interested in the specific warranty of a product, you can view the warranties in the product descriptions or contact us for further product warranty information.

Can I return or exchange an item?
No refunds or exchanges after 30 days! Please make sure the item is still in its original condition and original packaging. Packaging must not be opened nor can the item be taken out of the box. If you wish to return and receive a refund, a restocking fee of 20% will apply. 
Restocking fee of 20% can be waived off if you intend to exchange it for something else or receive a store credit note. Store credit is valid for up to 1 year. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

How will I know that my item has been dispatched?
You will receive email confirmation with your dispatch information. This will have the dispatch and delivery information on it.

I have received a product that has broken in transit. What do I do?
Following acceptance of a delivery, please check all items for breakages and report to seller strictly within 24 hours. If you notice that the product is broken please take photos of both the package and the damaged item and send it to sales@renolink.com.au. Should an item be obviously broken on arrival, do not accept the delivery. Due to the nature of the materials used in a bathroom, if you notice the product is damaged before opening, please leave the package sealed.
