Christmas and New Year 2026 Delivery Dates
Want your order before Christmas? Here are our last dates for each delivery option.
- Fri 11 Dec 2026: last pallet delivery for bulky items (vanities, baths, toilets, doors)
- Wed 16 Dec 2026: last Australia Post and Toll dispatch
- Thu 17 Dec 2026: last Sydney Metro delivery
- Sat 19 Dec 2026: last day for pickup
- 21 Dec 2026 to 10 Jan 2027: closed. Online orders are processed from 11 Jan
- Mon 11 Jan 2027: we reopen
Our Christmas Break
Our office and warehouse close on Monday 21 December 2026 and reopen on Monday 11 January 2027. During this time our team is away and unable to answer calls or emails.
You can still order online over the break. All orders placed while we're closed will be processed from Monday 11 January 2027.
Shipping: Freight fees vary by product size, weight and delivery distance. Use the shipping calculator above to see the combined shipping fee for all items in your cart.
PO Box: Sorry, we don't deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes. Please use a street address at checkout.
Dispatch: Delays can happen from time to time. Some products need to be ordered in, and bulky or fragile items require extra care and packaging. Weather can also affect transport, so please allow a bit of extra time for delivery.
Delivery: Smaller orders ship via standard delivery. For bulky or heavy items (like baths, vanities, toilets and doors), please have someone home to sign for the delivery and give our driver a hand unloading. All bulky freight is unloaded to the main entrance of your building or house. If nobody's home when the driver arrives, a re-delivery fee applies.
Damage Claims: Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged or missing item claims can't be accepted after this window, so let us know straight away if anything's not right.
Packaging: Smaller items ship in secure packaging. Bulky items ship on a skid or pallet for local and interstate deliveries.
